From the Incharge’s desk

Another exciting year full of activities began in April 2006 with the Investiture ceremony followed by an Essay Writing competition. The Drawing and Collage competition on 15th of June 2006 saw many upcoming artists showing their talents. The English Elocution held on 17th June saw students reciting poems on the themes given to them like Patriotism, Humour and so on, followed by the Language Elocution. The Computer Quiz held on 1st of July  saw many enthusiastic students coming forward to take part. The Inter-House Dramatics held on 19th August was the highlight of the Ist term competitions, details of which are given on the next page. The Debate competition, the last of the Ist term competitions saw Bhaskara House running neck to neck with Rohini House for the shield. Singing and Dancing competitions proposed to be held in the second term are much awaited contests for the students.
